Vinyl flooring installed in family apartments

Vinyl flooring has been chosen for a development of apartments in London aimed at young families.

The development in Heston is available from Townends estate agents and features vinyl floors in the kitchens, bathrooms and en-suites in the homes, reports myintroducer.com.

First-time buyers are being targeted by the estate agent for the apartments, which cost from £129,950.

As well as the vinyl flooring, the homes are complete with double glazing, under floor heating, and integrated televisions in the lounge and bedrooms.

The apartments also have allocated parking spaces, while the ground floor flats have a patio area or a garden.

Vinyl flooring can be a good selection for a busy family home as it is quick and easy to keep clean.

Its hygienic properties recently led to it being chosen for a cancer treatment facility in Kidderminster, reports the Shuttle.

The Millbrook Suite will install the vinyl flooring as part of refurbishment work worth £150,000.
