Wood floors feature in new housing development

The homes in a new housing development will feature wood flooring throughout, it has been revealed.

A recent article in local news website Chiswick W4 examines the newest housing project by Redeham Homes.

"Situated in an excellent location just moments away from the hustle and bustle of W4’s shops … each two bedroom apartment features en suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and wooden flooring," said the article.

It went on to note the other features contained in the apartments, such as floor-to-ceiling windows, lift access to all levels and contemporary kitchens featuring a range of fully integrated appliances.

Similarly, every apartment in the new development will boast its own balcony or private terrace and those with a two-bedroom layout will also contain fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom.

Earlier in the month, it was revealed that engineered wood flooring is to feature in a range of new high-rise apartments being built in Calgary by Grosvenor.
