Wood flooring features in new townhouse
A property by Greenbelt Homes has been fitted with wood floors and a built-in grill.
Writing for the Maryland Gazette, Serena Loder reported on the 1930s end-unit townhouse, which she claimed has a private feel due to the surrounding trees and flora.
She promoted the solid wood floors, which feature throughout the home's first level.
"The front door opens into the home's large living room, which - like the rest of the first level - has hardwood floors throughout. In this room, there are large, double-paned windows," Ms Loder said.
She went on to highlight the built-in grill located at the rear of the property, which she claimed is ideal for cooking on a warm summer day.
This comes after the Tennessean reported on the story of James Dean and Jane Hunter-Hicks, who recently installed wood floors in their Brentwood cottage, claiming it imbued the property with "personality".
