Wood flooring features in 'house of the week'
Wood flooring has been noted as a key feature of one publication's house of the week.
The Informer recently reported on a property on Lonsdale Road, in the Yonge-St Clair neighbourhood in Toronto.
It noted the great location, stating the home is "mere steps away" from a prestigious school for boys in the city and went on to promote some of its key features.
"This contemporary masterpiece stands out as an original. With dark jatoba wood floors, an open-concept kitchen and a large corner gas fireplace, this three-bedroom home is modern in every sense of the word," said the publication.
Another key selling point for the property is the inclusion of televisions in the kitchen, family room and master bedroom - which means its new owners will not have to contend with hanging new fixtures.
Earlier in the week, the Press and Journal hailed the laminate flooring used in one "modern" Aberdeen property, which was also on the market.
