Home for sale features solid wood flooring

A house which is for sale in the US features solid wood flooring as one of its stand-out qualities, it has been reported.

The home, located in Carson City, has solid wood flooring throughout the downstairs of the house, reports the Reno Gazette-Journal.

It was described by the newspaper as helping to create a "relaxed gathering space" in the kitchen of the property.

Granite countertops and original oak cabinets, as well as a breakfast bar, also feature in the kitchen of the house.

The home was built in 1990 and among its other qualities are formal dining and living areas.

Another property on the market which features solid wood flooring is a flat in Aberdeen that is available to buy, reports the Press and Journal.

The floor in the home, which is located in Holborn Street, is described as "natural" by the newspaper, with the flat ready to move into immediately, such is its good condition.
