US property features laminate flooring

Laminate flooring is one of the stand-out qualities of a property which has been listed for sale in the US.

The four-bedroom property in Jacks Valley is ideal for horse lovers, as it comes complete with two stalls for the animals and a tack room.

Laminate flooring features throughout the downstairs of the house, with the material fitted in both the living and dining areas of the property, reports the Reno Gazette-Journal.

"This home is on a quiet cul-de-sac and offers the potential for multi-generational living or a main home and a rental unit," commented listing agent Mike Lewis of Century 21 Clark Properties.

Mr Lewis added that an attached apartment, which also features laminate flooring throughout, could easily be opened out into the main body of the house.

This comes after Dave Barlow, who owns Safe & Sound Window Film, told the Comox Valley Record that many US homeowners had used the home renovation tax credit to fit laminate flooring.
