US home for sale features laminate flooring

Laminate flooring has been noted as one of the stand-out features of a home which is for sale in the US.

The three-bedroom property in Maine has the laminate flooring installed in the living area of the home, reports the Herald Gazette.

Other notable features of the house include a whirlpool tub in the main bathroom, a huge master bedroom and French doors in the dining area.

The property also comes with a swimming pool and is located close to Warren Village and Payson Park.

Amenities such as a dishwasher, refrigerator and an electric stove are included in the sale.

The Warren property is the latest to feature laminate flooring and to be listed for sale in the US.

A single-floor four-bedroom home located close to Fallon Golf Course has laminate flooring installed in its dining and living areas, helping to give the property a country feel, reports the Reno Gazette-Journal.
