Laminate flooring is one of the most noteworthy features of a flat for sale in Leicester.

Part of the room's walls are covered in beige tiles, with the rest painted white.

One of the most attractive features of the apartment is its location.

"The flat is within walking distance of the city centre and Leicester Royal Infirmary," the newspaper commented.

Laminate flooring is also fitted in the property's kitchen, which has its own oven, hob and extractor.

Glossy white tiles cover part of the kitchen's walls, while the rest of the area is painted white.

Laminate flooring is also a feature of a home for sale on the Isle of Wight.

The three-bedroom property is on the market for £575,000 and has the laminate flooring fitted in its annexe, reports the Isle of Wight County Press.
