Laminate flooring gives new homes warmth

Laminate flooring is to be installed at a development of new homes in Canada as it offers comfort and warmth.

Each property will have a huge living area that is adaptable enough to be perfect for various uses.

Laminate flooring will be laid throughout the rooms, as well as in the hallways of each house, reports the Toronto Sun.

The properties will also feature a large attic space that can be used as a spare bedroom, a hangout for teenage children, a gym or a home office.

Brandy Lane Homes' Wyldewood Condominiums could be perfect for golf lovers, with 14 courses within easy access of the homes.

The site is also close to Blue Mountain, which features dozens of downhill and cross-country trails in winter for skiing enthusiasts.

Brandy Lane Homes' development is the latest in Canada to select laminate flooring.

It was also recently selected by developers at the Encore at Equinox tower to give a contemporary finish to the apartments, reports the National Post.
