Laminate flooring gives home's annexe 'modern feel'

Laminate flooring is a stand-out feature of a home for sale on the Isle of Wight.

The annexe of the three-bedroom property has the laminate flooring installed, which offers the house a "fresh" and "modern" feel, reports the Isle of Wight County Press.

Cream walls help to complement the pale laminate flooring, with the annexe also enjoying views over the grounds of the property.

Around three acres are included with the detached bungalow in Wootton, which features natural ponds as part of the "superb setting".

Horse lovers may be attracted to the property as the large grounds and fields backing on to the house could be ideal for rearing ponies.

Laminate flooring recently drew praise after the material was fitted as part of a home improvement programme in Canada.

Resident Jocelyn Dick said replacing the old carpets with new laminate flooring has made a big difference for her family, reports the Alberni Valley Times.
