Laminate flooring features in US home for sale

Laminate flooring is a stand-out feature of a home for sale in the US.

The kitchen of the Federal townhouse in Montgomery Village has laminate flooring installed, as well as a chandelier, reports the Gazette.

Built-in storage areas, as well as white cabinets and appliances, are also features of the kitchen of the house.

The main living areas of the home feature solid wood flooring throughout, as do the two bathrooms and three bedrooms situated on the upper level of the property.

As well as the house itself, homeowners get access to a community pool, tennis courts and a recreation facility, in return for a set monthly fee.

The newspaper praised the house for its "attention to detail" and "carefully crafted features".

Laminate flooring is also a feature of a flat for sale in Scotland.

Donna Ross of the Aberdeen Press and Journal described the laminate flooring in the property as "attractive" and complementary of a "tasteful" colour scheme.
