Laminate flooring features in Plymouth flat

Laminate flooring is one of the most notable features of a flat which is available for rent in Plymouth.

The two-bedroom apartment in the village of Stoke has the laminate flooring fitted in its bathroom and kitchen.

Also included in the kitchen of the St Vincent Street property, which is located just ten minutes drive from Plymouth's centre, are appliances such as a freestanding fridge-freezer and a washing machine, reports the Herald.

The news provider described the apartment as "most appealing", noting the bright and spacious bedrooms as one of its plus points.

A private courtyard is also included with the flat, with a spiral staircase leading out from the property to the area.

The news provider added that the apartment's furnishings, which are included in the rent, are also in good condition throughout.

Laminate flooring is also a feature of a similar flat which is for sale in Leicester.

The bathroom of the one-bedroom flat has the laminate flooring installed, reports the Leicester Mercury.
