Laminate flooring features in home for sale

Laminate flooring is a stand-out feature of a property for sale in Scotland, described as being in "excellent decorative condition".

Donna Ross of the Aberdeen Press and Journal said that the laminate flooring in the home is "attractive" and complements a colour scheme which is "tasteful".

Situated in Overhill Gardens in the popular suburb of the Bridge of Don, the ground-floor flat includes two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a separate shower cubicle.

It also has double glazing, gas central heating and a "well-proportioned" living area.

Elsewhere in Aberdeen, solid wood flooring is a feature of another flat which is available to buy.

Ms Ross described the floor in the Holborn Street property as "natural" and said that the home was in such a condition it is ready to be moved into immediately.

This comes after laminate flooring was installed at a medical centre in the US in order to provide a more comfortable environment for new mothers, reports the Sudbury Star.
