Laminate flooring 'can be a cheaper option'

This is the view of the Deccan Herald's Gaurav Saraf, who also hailed laminate flooring as a great way to give the illusion of a mixed-material finish.

He noted that the popularity of such design options has "soared" in recent years, with many companies now offering enhanced warranties against damage.

Another benefit of laminate flooring highlighted by the writer is its durability, which he claimed is often the reason why customers will opt for this type of material.

Recently, Dulux representative Sinead Kelly wrote in the Galway Advertiser that laminate materials can be used for homeowners who want to achieve a "designer" look in their property.
