Laminate flooring a fixture of Aberdeen property
Laminate flooring has been noted to be a key fixture of a two-bedroom property in Aberdeen.
Press and Journal columnist Donna Ross promoted the flat, observing that city living is likely to be more popular among Scottish people following the heavy snowfall of last month.
Number 5 Rosemount Viaduct was hailed as being a "stone's throw away" from a wide variety of amenities in the heart of the city, which include a range of eateries, cafes and shops within minutes of the property.
Describing the flat as an "ideal" choice for a first-time buyer, Ms Ross noted some of its key fixtures.
"The property’s neutral decor, laminate flooring and clean carpets mean it is ready to move into," she said. "Large windows in the lounge flood the room with natural light."
This comes after the Express and Star promoted the benefits of wood floors, highlighting their affordability and ease of maintenance.
