Home for sale includes laminate flooring

Laminate flooring is one of the notable features of a home which is for sale in the US.

The three-bedroom house in Centerville also comes with a two-acre income-producing cranberry bog homestead.

However, owner Tracy Field told the Cape Cod Times that although the bog is included in the sale price of the house, buyers do not have to maintain it themselves if they prefer not to.

"You can farm the bog yourself or lease it to local growers," she explained.

Laminate flooring features in the dining area of the house, with a bronze candlelight chandelier hanging over the room.

Also included is a screened porch that offers views of the bog and can be used as an entertainment space.

Ms Field's home is the latest in the US to feature laminate flooring and to be made available to buy recently.

A three-bedroom property in Maine features laminate flooring in its primary living space, reports the Herald Gazette.
