Canadian apartments feature laminate flooring
Laminate flooring is a feature of a new development of apartments in Toronto, Canada.
Buyers of the flats will be given a choice between engineered wood flooring and laminate flooring, reports the National Post.
Other notable features of the new units include European-style appliances, nine-foot ceilings and low-flow toilets.
Residents will also have access to a gym and a multi-purpose space which will include a billiard table, while a screening room and a party area are available too.
The properties are located on Bay and Bloor streets, close to the subway, restaurants and shops.
A range of apartments including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom varieties will be available to buy, with Alit Developments aiming for a target market of young professional workers.
This new development in Canada is the latest to select laminate flooring to be installed.
The Affinity condos from Bosa feature rich chocolate laminate flooring as one of their stand-out qualities, reports the Vancouver Sun.
