Affordable housing development features laminate flooring

Laminate flooring has been chosen for its inexpensive properties for a development of affordable homes in the US.
ParkLane Homes, the developer of the Walnut Grove complex, a site of more than 100 townhouses, has installed laminate flooring on the main level of the houses, the Langley Times reports.
ParkLane marketing manager Yosh Kasahara said the prices were competitive with other developments in the area.
He said: "We find that the reason people are moving here is because of the surroundings of Walnut Grove, and all the amenities, and buying from a builder who has established a reputation."
Laminate flooring is a good option for people who do not want to have to spend a lot of time maintaining their floor.
Anthony Davis said in a piece for Ezine Articles that laminate flooring can be made to look brand new simply by sweeping away the surface dirt and dust with a brush.
