Very easy to maintain, vinyl flooring planks mimic the appearance of solid wood flooring but at a fraction of the cost. However, in order for the planks to remain this way, the floor has to be cleaned on a regular basis; so with this in mind, we've produced a simple guide on how to clean vinyl flooring planks:
Step 1 - The first step of this task is to remove any surface dust or debris by vacuuming or sweeping with a broom or micro-static fiber duster. To keep the floor remaining shiny on a consistent basis, you should carry out this step daily.
Step 2 - Once you've cleared the floor, create a cleaning fluid by mixing one tablespoon of ammonia with two pints of water. Apply using a dishcloth or mop and work away at any tough stains or patches of dirt.
Step 3 - Rinse the solution away with fresh water and the dry the floor to complete the cleansing process.
