Wood flooring features in new London restaurant
A new restaurant in London features a range of expansive wood flooring.
Writing for Harpers Wine and Spirit, Richard Siddle reported on the Brawn restaurant located on Columbia Road in the heart of the capital city.
He claimed that those dining at the eatery will be treated to a notably different experience from its sister venue in Trafalgar Square, Terroirs.
Mr Siddle spoke to head of wine for Les Caves de Pyrene, the company behind both venues, who spoke about the various features of the new eatery.
"[Brawn is] a small cosy cafe-restaurant with two rooms comprising wooden floors, mismatched tables and chairs [and] whitewashed brick walls," Mr Wregg said.
Mr Siddle went on to explore the menu of Brawn, which is divided in to unique sections, including Taste Ticklers, Pig, Plancha, Raw, Slow Cook and Pudding & Cheese.
In a recent Independent article, interior designer Suzy Hoodless claimed that wood flooring can bring "natural warmth" to a space.
