Hotel's wood flooring praised

The wood flooring of a Manchester hotel has been praised in a new guide.

A recent article in the Manchester Evening News explored the new Abode hotel's Fabulous on Fifth suites, located in the former warehouse of a Victorian cotton warehouse.

Its entire fifth floor has been converted in order to house the expansive suites, which the guide claimed have their own "style and feel".

"The building's industrial heritage remains though, with original beams, ironwork columns and parquet flooring enhancing the loft-style atmosphere," the article stated.

It went on to promote the features of the room including Vi-Spring beds, monsoon showers and expansive LCD televisions.

It also hailed the dining experience available for guests in the hotel restaurant and hailed the work of chef Ian Matfin as Michelin star-worthy.

A recent Metro Canada article promoted the wood flooring that features in a modern apartment in downtown Toronto, in addition to claiming the suite's location is "exciting".
