Returns Information
Floorsonline operates a no quibbles return policy. We will accept all returns of whole orders which are in good condition, unopened and in their original packaging, providing that we have been informed of your intent to cancel within 7 working days starting from the day after delivery. Please note that all customers have a duty of care to look after the products they order during this cancellation period.
We are happy to accept part order returns of any stocked product and issue a full refund. Please note that it is advisable to retain one or two packs should you need to carry out a repair in and future and the product has been discontinued. As with whole orders we would ask you to return the product unopened and in its original packaging at your cost and within 14 days of delivery. |
